I'm giving Solis Mammography 4 stars, and I want to be clear about both the positive experience and the opportunity for improvement. I had a good experience at Solis Mammography. They were able to get me in the next day for a concern I had for a Breast Ultrasound. It was a pleasant environment, everyone was kind, and results were immediate.

My original visit to this place 2 years ago would've given them zero stars. However, fast forward 2 years - something definitely changed in this place. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Process was smooth and quick. The care was professional and courteous. It took me a total of 20 minutes from start to finish and I really appreciate that level of care. I would post a pic but I don't think y'all want to see that lol

Exceptional team of professionals. From the Center Director to the front desk staff. Prompt. Courteous. And thorough. Will NEVER go to another provider again. It's Solis Southlake for me and my family from now on.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The lady working the front desk this morning was phenomenal with all patients. Outside of my own experience I watched her help a lady who spoke Spanish and made sure to make her comfortable and let her know she's there to assist even with the language barrier. I meant to ask for her name today so I could leave it in the review but I forgot. She's doing an amazing job.

I was an example of the worst patient. Running late. Didn't have my information card. Lost my phone. So embarrassed. Through out the whole experience, the staff was patient, didn't make me feel bad, and worked with me to still get me seen ASAP. I truly appreciate their customer service and of course professionalism. I highly recommend this facility.

I had seen some reviews on either yelp or another site that were negative but I had a really great experience. I highly recommend this location and team of professionals. I had a bone density test and was in and out in a timely manner and treated with utmost respect.

I have been going to Solis for several years....the staff is always polite and professional. Also I am surprised how efficient the facility is run....I am always finished and out the door quickly. Love Solis!!

In 2016 these people saved my life. While i hate to publish something so personal. The work they do here is so important. I did run into the Doctor who did my solo exam. I had the chance to tell her that she saved my life. She was embarrassed but took the compliment with kindness. No matter your experience, these people can make a difference.
