Do not go here, their billing department is terrible. I got a mammogram in February and they didn't file a claim until August, which was past my health insurer's deadline. My heath insurer sent them a letter to contact them and remediate, they didn't and instead, sent me a bill for full amount in November. It should have been 100% covered. Now I have to appeal the claim. I was on hold for 45 mins with no answer. They refuse to check messages so I had to appeal the claim with insurer. They are running a scam, do not go here.

I've never had to pay out of pocket for a routine mammogram before with the same insurance in over 10 years. I had to pay over $500 out of pocket for a routine exam. They said it was due to my dense tissue. The past years at another facility said I had density and they have always paid. I did not have any lumps or any changes to require such testing. This place is such a scam. Stay away if possible. They made sure I filled out paperwork right away. I should have known.

Previous years it was covered under my wellness program at blue cross blue shield 100%. This year I received a bill for 471.00 because they are no longer part of the network. When we go in they ask for our insurance card. They know we would have a large co-pay, they never disclosed that to me that they were no longer part of the network. I just turned 40 this year so I went in for my first mammogram. Prior to my appointment I filled out all my paperwork and sent over insurance info. And with insurance this yearly exam is covered 100%. I received a call stating they wanted to do an ultrasound of one of my breasts and this is when the problems started. Follow up to my 2020 and 2021 reviews. Solis has once again proven to be a sloppy organization by failing to transfer my records for over 4 weeks and multiple reminders. Solis could easily have addressed my earlier questions but chose to instead argue with the client (me) and my family physician. My new mammography was so enlightening and thorough and pleasant and totally proved the Solis scan reading was just flat wrong. Not fatally wrong (thank God) but incorrect in the base premise. I had my first mammography here last year, they called me for more exams as I had calcification. Then, I had a diagnostic mammography 6 months after. During that exam, they booked a new appointment for me for the following 6 months as I needed a follow up diagnostic. The week before that appointment I changed the date online (only the date, the appointment existed already); I even called to confirmed the change was made successfully. Please read my first review. After about 2 weeks of awaiting a call from a Radiologist regarding my concerns, I was contacted by a Dr. Song who called me from her vacation on a Friday 10/16.. She was nice enough and she explained the methodology to arrive at the sketchy report sent to me. They aren't following cdc guidelines for social distancing and were very hostile when I pointed it out. Both "holding" rooms had too many people for the space. I was told I could go to a different facility even though I was waiting for the radiologist review of my scan. They are not taking COVID seriously enough. Supervisors walking around without masks, no plexiglass shields at the desks, rooms too small and too many people. And a bad attitude. My first visit was a great experience; but my recent follow-up was an absolute disaster. I had an X-ray on Friday, the radiologist viewed my X-ray early the next week and determined that I needed to come back for additional diagnostic testing. I was contacted by them and rescheduled for the next Friday.
