Wonderful service. Efficient and respectful. Highly recommend!!!! Nice front desk, easy to find. Very experienced mammographer. Radiologist on-site and talks to you right after exam.

After finding a lump, my doctor recommended Solis Mammography for a mammogram. I was obviously worried about finding a lump. When I called the person on the phone caused me some confusion and distress with telling me I had to call my doctor and haver her change the order for a diagnostic mammogram versus the traditional one that is covered by insurance. I was nervous to go to Solis based off the mixed reviews I'd seen online. But I was needing a breast ultrasound and this was where my midwife referred me. The facility was nice and clean and everyone from the receptionist to the radiologist was friendly and made me feel at ease. From the time I arrived to when I left I was only there 40 minutes. Very easy to schedule online. Great reminder system. Clean modern place with friendly and competent staff. I was in and out in 15 minutes!
The place is very new and modern, and the decor is elegant, almost like a high-end gym. They had neat little lockers to store your belongings, and each one was named after a famous woman: Michelle Obama, Oprah.. I was the only customer there. I came in for a mammogram and was done in about 30 minutes, but I like that they were thorough since I am in a high-risk group. In my opinion, this place is a scam. Everyone I encountered was polite, but the billing is done in a way to scam people out of money. I came in for my routine mammogram and they did not complete the mammogram, they asked for a callback to which then I was told to pay over $600. Not gonna happen! They also never sent my email with my results and when I called to ask for my results, they still couldn't send it to me. They said I had to go online and request my medical records. Inconvenient waste of time.
Absolutely do not go here! As a doctor I am advising you. Terrible patient care. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't get any service done here myself. If I could give negative I would. The office manager Twig is illogical and irrational and receptionist is incompetent. Do not get anything done here
TERRIBLE billing service and customer service! I received two large bills and called several times. I didn't get anywhere so I went in person and the office manager said she would email her billing department and copy me because they didn't handle billing. It was probably coded incorrectly with my insurance. She did not Copy me and probably didn't even email them. I followed up with a phone call to her and an email and no response! They are in network for my insurance but used a radiologist who was not in network. I was billed for this mammogram which should have been 100% covered. I, the patient have no control over who solis uses the read the mammogram. They said they would put my account on hold while it went to "the back office" for review. Several months later, I was contacted by a debt collector. When I called, they wouldn't call back. Numerous attempts. No response to emails either.
