Hey Solis, just wanted to thank you. You made an uncomfortable experience even more awkward by: 1) Having a staff member walk into the ultrasound room where I am topless and then stare at all three of us (me, the technician and my right boob) for an eternity before saying "oh sorry, wrong room". 2) Having both a radiologist and the ultrasound tech literally laugh at me for my assessment of my breast lump 'She said it was the size of a walnut!' I had to locate my old films just last year from a previous facility in order to NOT be scheduled for a biopsy. I did find them (the name of the facility had changed and moved) and took them to Solis in Southlake. They read them, and everything was fine and I didn't need a biopsy. When I scheduled my appointment for the next year, they wanted to do another diagnostic exam, which is not covered by my insurance. Originally used Solis located in Hurst HEB. I was very unhappy with the "clinical" attitude so I changed to Breast Diagnostics in Southlake. I was so disappointed when they sold to Solis as they were warm, welcoming and kind. Had a mammogram last week at Solis and found the same clinical, cold attitude. Everyone so hurried, no escorting through their maze....you are left to figure it out at the end or if you are, you better kick it in gear because they will leave you behind! Appt at 1pm. Waited for 20 mins to be called to the registration desk and then they told me I am 10 days early so I went home because my insurance may not cover it. They purchaed the place I went before. I paid $50 before and this place they charged additional $100. Well...don't think I have lots of choices so will be back in 10 days.... also wish they told me the info when I made the appointment so I didn't waste 1 hour of my life to drive here for nothing
