Watch out them charging by the job not hourly rate. Cleaned oil furnace chamber for 25 min and charged $369 since it's "hard" to clean. Total charge was $500+ for overdue oil furnace service and cleaning which took less than 2hrs. Definitely not recommend and won't call them again. Cannot trust them at all and felt like they try to rip me off.

We hired them to check and clear the basement drain and pipe. They did not find anything significant, but since we were renting out the house, we asked them to do snaking and everything just in case. But they charged us twice what a previous plumber had charged for the same services. And then, only a few months later, our tenants notify us that the drain pipe was clogged. A different plumber informed us it was roots in the drain. Clearly, roots don't grow that fast, so Solvit did a terrible and irresponsible job.

Customer service is excellent. There was a problem with the service tech and a family emergency on one of the service calls, and they called me to reschedule, rather than making me track them down. They offer different yearly service plans, which is what I was looking for. However... 2 years ago our furnace broke down in the middle of winter. Their price is not transparent. They billed me $547 for 30 mins of work. When I asked for bill, they gave bill line item with 547, there is break down of charges. I looked by charge of parts, it costs 30 in home depot. I had to use them because of emergency. I am never going to use them again.
