Arrived late for the appointment. I had to initiate the call to find out if he was still coming. After that, they gave me updates. It was just a minor inconvenience. The cost was about 3 times the amount that I would have expected to pay for this service, but I was in a difficult position and needed to have the work done for my client. After calling and questioning the bill found out that the technician was new and miscoded the price. The technician was professional but uninformed of the pricing.
