The entire experience with SolveIt from start to finish was excellent. These folks understand customer service, and excel at it. They are not the cheapest game in town, but worth it. I am ready to hire them for my next big project.
Very expensive for what they actually did. Extra charges for gas and for just coming to your house. Will not use them again.
The SolveIt concierge spent a great deal of to time convincing me to hire the company to evaluate/repair my residential central AC which was functioning but did not seem to be operating optimally. I told the concierge at the time that I was hesitant to hire the company and she assured me I would have no issues and the work would be top-notch. The technicians arrived and were professional and friendly, and they quickly assessed the situation and gave me a variety of options as to how I could proceed (hence 2 stars vs 1). I informed them that I just wanted a standard water heater with no extras or add-ons. After doing some calculations, they informed me that the 40-gallon water heater install would be 2175.00. Had window for appointment of noon to 4 pm. Did not show, no call. I called them at 4:30 pm. They said would get back. Never did! I called them again at 5:30 pm. Told they would call back. Tech did, at 6:10 pm saying about 20 minutes. Finally showed at 8:10 pm!!! Took 20 minutes to do job, about $25 worth of utensils were used, charged more than $700 !!!! Understanding a fool and his money are soon parted!!!! NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE !!!

So, I have this company out for repair of a clogged sewer trap. It happens every other year. I know exactly what access pipe they need to snake and what snake head they need to bust up the roots. Of course they do not listen to me and the following day it is draining slow again. They come back out, with a MAJOR attitude problem, huffing and puffing and slamming things. Sewer lines? naturally? should? never? have roots in them but if they do, it indicates a breach of the sewer line as the roots seek out the water and nutrients within the line via the broken piping. It took longer to install Air Conditioner . I had to go and buy a small window unit because of the heat.
It took over 3 months for this process to actually be completed. I literally had to call every day. The agent I dealt with Tom Nelson wouldn't answer my calls or return them, and he constantly blamed others for all the mistakes. The only part of the process I happy with was the tech's that did the install. Very courteous and professional. They wanted to make sure I was pleased.
