The staff is very helpful and courteous. It's more of a homely environment with smaller groups maybe 30. Same employees serve the same group everyday most of the time. So each one gets to know each other more personally. The only area that dropped was the food choice and quality drop a very little from the start but it's still good. The employees are very good .The medical group handle her pills dispense very good. Compared to the other place she stayed for 5 years is much better environment
What we like the most about the community is that in the memory care unit they keep them as engaged as possible with activities for stimulation. They are able to sit outside on a patio area.
The facility was very well managed and clean. Residents appeared happy and satisfied. The staff was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for a loved one
We were on a tight schedule for visiting the facility. They were accommodating and helpful. After the tour we went back the next day and filled out paperwork. Due to time constraints on our part they helped us get a new patient moved in the next day. We will see what the future brings. It's small, feels like you're in someone's house. Staff has great communication and care. Everybody knows each other.

This is the place you dream of finding. It’s better than we could have hoped for. There are times when some residents get out of control and they could use additional help to assist the residents that are left unintended. Over all I haven’t any issues with them. They’ are sweet caring people. I visit my husband often and I see that the residents have pretty much no contact with their families.

The quality of care was good although I had to intervene when the staff did not respond to her needs. If I had one issue it was the constant change over of the senior staff. I would establish a relationship with them and then the would leave. In the one year we had 3-4 health directors and 3 facility managers. My comments about the staff we just my frustration because I was trying to manage my step mother's care from a distance and I never knew the person I was talking to. The nursing staff was excellent.
Areas they could improve on - our experience started off very well, our loved one was there for less then 5 months and then he had came down with covid and passed. During that time the communication could have been much better and could of prevented some things from happening.
