Absolutely great. Bree was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. From the spa sounds to the aromatherapy of lemongrass. Wonderful experience.than you Bree!
1st time using the Ballancer and have to say it was better than expected. Sure would like to see Sono Bella invest in a few of these to relieve the “always booked” schedule. This really is good kit and will set you apart.
Seldom in my 60 plus years have I had the opportunity to do something for myself that has made such a positive change. Thank you Dr. Morales for your professionalism and expertise in making the Sono Bello experience such a positive outcome. The staff in Austin and Waco have been great. My “day of” nurse was the most compassionate and informative. Sydney, technician during aftercare, is a gem! Thank you all!
Appointment for Ballancer treatment was right on time. The staff is always welcoming and so friendly. They all greet you and welcome you in. The office and treatment rooms are clean and ready for you. Talked to nurse Katie over the phone yesterday about some concerns I had about my recovery process, I had an appt scheduled for 3 days later and she told me to come in today instead to have a surgeon come and see me as soon as possible. Nothing but great things to say about the staff I have met so far.
