1st time using the Ballancer and have to say it was better than expected. Sure would like to see Sono Bella invest in a few of these to relieve the “always booked” schedule. This really is good kit and will set you apart.

Seldom in my 60 plus years have I had the opportunity to do something for myself that has made such a positive change. My “day of” nurse was the most compassionate and informative. Sydney, technician during aftercare, is a gem! Thank you all!

Appointment for Ballancer treatment was right on time. The staff is always welcoming and so friendly. They all greet you and welcome you in. The office and treatment rooms are clean and ready for you. Talked to nurse Katie over the phone yesterday about some concerns I had about my recovery process, I had an appt scheduled for 3 days later and she told me to come in today instead to have a surgeon come and see me as soon as possible. Nothing but great things to say about the staff I have met so far.

Always prompt, friendly, professional. I am 6 weeks out from liposuction, and from beginning to end, including the surgeon, the experience has been a 10!! I would recommend Sono Bello to anyone and everyone. Thanks for a great experience.
