Nurse Lynn was very calm it helped me trust her. She showed that she cared about me; she was informative, patient, and respectful. Dr. Kashyap was supportive. He showed me empathy and encouraged me. He distracted me from my anxiety by talking with me about my favorite food. They are both professionals. They gave me their full attention and they were both very positive. I had an unbelievable experience.

Everyone is so nice. Dr Sheridan and Lynn did a great job of explaining the day of the surgery. I didn't feel embarrassed being looked at for measurements and prepared for surgery . The only thing I would change in the hooks and eyes on the girdle. Black on black is hard to see. Silver or white would have been better.
