I was looking forward to my appt., because I luv the Venus treatment. I also enjoy seeing Lauren and she made me so comfortable like a friend. Coming in, I was really nervous about getting surgery and whether it was right for me. From the consultation to the day of surgery, I was well informed about everything to expect, costs, payment plans, and recovery times. The staff was very professional, kind, and ethical.
