I absolutely love my results! Dr. Epps did a fantastic job. I still have a lot of healing ahead of me, but I can already see such a big improvement, and it gets better every day. I was terrified before the procedure—especially knowing I’d be awake—but Dr. Epps put me at ease and took excellent care of me. As usual, I had a great experience at my appointment today. Ms. Tazha was very professional, polite, and very helpful in assisting me. I had a great experience that began with the receptionist Gabrielle, she was kind and extremely helpful she found 3 solutions with positive outcomes. Between me getting stuck in traffic trying to explain, the phone ringing back to back, other clients attempting to get noticed as they came behind me and the repair man patiently waiting his turn Gabrielle handled each professionally making everyone feel recognized and valued.
