This is my third trip to Sono Bello Baltimore after the initial evaluation, and the procedure. Once again I have been treated extremely well. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly, welcomed me back and got me checked in. The two nurses Haley, and Katie who helped me with my follow-up visit after the procedure checking my measurements, weight, and the areas that were worked on were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I had the best appointment today with my nurse Kaila and the doctor for my 6 month check up. Kaila was very attentive to my questions and areas of concerns. I'll wait a few more months and may do a revision. Kaila explained the Venus treatment as part of that process. She Made me feel heard and not dismissed. As did the doctor. Kaila was very positive and upbeat. And pretty too! She's definately an asset to Sono Bello.
