The front desk staff were very cordial and helpful. Ariel, my consultant, was very knowledgeable, super nice and friendly! She was very informative and went over everything so well that I didn’t have any questions before I left! It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end! .

8/22/25, and my entire experience has been outstanding. With Dr. Williams Epps has a wonderful bedside manner, patiently answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. On surgery day, he and my nurse Keisha were an amazing team, helping calm my fears and keeping my pain well controlled throughout my 3 ½ hour procedure. After surgery, Dr. Epps personally followed up with me when I had an allergic reaction and even called in new prescriptions to help. Staff was very attentive, informed and very helpful, wish was a blessing as I had a wound opening and they helped me walk that journey to healing.
