So far, my experience with the Sono Bello processs has been great. Gabrielle from the front desk has been most accommodating even when I initially could not make up my mind about subsequent appointment(s). Overall the Hanover facility is clean, on time, and all staff quite courteous, informative, and knowledgeable.

My whole experience from the beginning has been amazing and wonderful! I have gone down and size since my procedure. Everyone has always been so kind and nice, and the was almost no discomfort at all with the procedure. I would highly recommend this to anyone! I feel like a new woman and so very happy!

My nurse, Keontay was a sheer pleasure. Her positive attitude, patience, and professionalism were appreciated. She answered all questions with knowledge and empathy and made me feel like family. Keontay was able to make me feel relaxed and comfortable about my upcoming procedure.

The staff was remarkable! From my pre-op nurse Keontay to the 2 nurses Michelle and Julia who cared for me during and after the procedure. Dr. Mallelieu had a excellent bedside manner and made me feel comfortable the entire time.

This is my third trip to Sono Bello Baltimore after the initial evaluation, and the procedure. Once again I have been treated extremely well.
