I had my first Venus Treatment with Nyshel at the office in Hanover, MD. It was invigorating and Nyshel was wonderful. She explained how the procedure was going to be done and how it would help with my body's healing process. I was a little nervous at first, but she eased my mind especially with her knowledge and explanation of the procedure. I loved how she took the time to answer all of my questions - fantastic experience.

At my pre-op appt, I didnt wait long at all to be called back. They are always friendly and smiling when I walk in the door, which is always appreciated! Keshia was amazing today. She has great energy, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone there truly wants you to have a great experience and they strive to make that happen. I know I'm in good hands with Dr. O. He's the best! I'm so excited to see my new body. Can. Not. Wait!

So far, my experience with the Sono Bello processs has been great. Gabrielle from the front desk has been most accommodating even when I initially could not make up my mind about subsequent appointment(s). Overall the Hanover facility is clean, on time, and all staff quite courteous, informative, and knowledgeable.

My whole experience from the beginning has been amazing and wonderful! I have gone down and size since my procedure. Everyone has always been so kind and nice, and the was almost no discomfort at all with the procedure. I would highly recommend this to anyone! I feel like a new woman and so very happy!
