I am extremely happy with my results! Dr McIntosh was absolutely the best, staff at Sono Bello were kind and very considerate to my special needs. I would like to add the Ginger was above and beyond. I feel that her information and thorough communication would be a much appreciated and needed at post procedure apt also.

From the moment I walked in the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The procedure went very smoothly. When I got home, I received a phone call from the doctor checking up on me. I received several calls the first week to make sure I was doing well and to see if I had any questions. I actually went to work the next day as a substitute teacher. Thank you.

I would like to thank the amazing team in Bellevue for making my experience memorable and fun. Everyone in the office, starting from the receptionist who greets you when you get there to the nurses and the doctor, make you feel very comfortable. Everything was explained in detail. The doctor took his time and he did not rush through any of the exclamations, which was very comforting. The procedure itself was painless. Recovery was uncomfortable but not unbearable, and well worth it for me. Staff very nice and friendly. I was very pleased glad I finally took the step and did it. The only thing I regret is not having enough time to pay myself for missed days of work. Advertised as no down time but in reality I was off two weeks and really needed three. Other than great decision!

Having my procedure done at Sono Bello was a very good experience. From the reception staff to the nurses and Doctor, everyone was so helpful and caring. Such a friendly staff that made you feel comfortable and at ease. They truly want you to get the best possible result that you can get. The doctor called once I was home and the staff continues to call to make sure things are going well. I would highly recommend them.

The team had my best interest in mind and took good care of me from beginning to end and my Dr. was very experienced and did an amazing job. In the next 5 months I will come to see exactly how good the job was done as it is a process. I’m glad I went with the Bellevue site, they are good people!
