The nurses and aestheticians at Sono Bello are not only professional practitioners, they are also warm, wonderful people. They go out of their way to make me feel calm and comfortable. I’ve always had great experiences with any of Sono Bello’s staff.
This morning, 9/17/19, was exciting for me! I took another step in my weight loss journey. I went to SonoBello-Bellevue/Seattle and had a little LIPO and Skin Removal on my lower Abs. I had the TriSculptEX procedure. The Surgeon, Dr Sobrino and Staff are TOP NOTCH! They are kind, reassuring and best of all Dr Sobrino played fantastic music during surgery! I can't wait to be fully recovered from my surgery, see the final results and get back to my workouts!
I have been unhappy for 15 years with my “love handles”. I spent hrs at gym and could never get rid of them. I went to Sonobello and shared my frustration. They listened and then did assessment. I had the surgery and as well had my stomach done. The doctor, the nurse and staff were amazing. They were friendly and put me at ease throughout the process. I wasn't sure what I was doing, but the staff and the doctor made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. From the consultation, to meeting the doctor and discussing options, and the procedure and all of the follow up calls, emails and appointments, I felt that I had been informed about everything. I actually did go back to work the following day in a second grade classroom as a substitute teacher. I noticed a difference at the three month follow up appointment. Thank you for all of your help.
All staff was amazing and positive. From my consult visit to my post op one week check up, staff are consistent to provide excellent service. My dr. Was very transparent with my end results. He also made me feel so comfortable. During my procedure I experienced minimal discomfort but overall tolerable. The staff including the doctors also check ins periodically on how you are during your healing stage. I definitely will recommend my Friends and family!
Everyone is so nice and patient with me. They took the time to explain everything to me, and I was not rushed at all.
The experience over all was great. The only thing I would like to see different is the sedation. The sedation was good once it kicked in, in the mean time I felt every injection of latacane and it hurt pretty baby. I had a previous procedure and I was out before, not sure why it wasn't this time.
Staff was very friendly and felt extremely comfortable. No judgement whatsoever. My person was open and honest and straightforward. I did not feel pressure. She wanted what I wanted. I was not a candidate for a procedure so she referred me to another clinic. Very professional all the way.
I was very nervous about this procedure but am so happy I followed through with it as I never thought I'd feel this good about my body ever again. Staff were amazing and I loved my Doctor. I definitely would recommend to family and friends and I would use this facility again if ever need more procedures done.
