Had a great experience at the Bellevue Sono Bello. The staff and providers alike were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for cosmetic surgery and/or treatments
I had a consultation with Kiely and it went very well. The office was immaculate and the staff, courteous. I have decided to hold off on my procedure due to scheduling conflicts and, when I broke this news to Kiely she was nothing but understanding. I look forward to going back and having them transform me in the future.
I loved the customer service of the staff and how easy it was to get contact Sono Bello online! They replied right away, I made had an appt that worked within my schedule for the next following week! Sono Bello, staff is amazing! They are so warm and friendly and got me in for my consultation right away. They have many options to help me get me where I’d like to be! So looking forward to the new me!
Understanding of different financial circumstances and explained options simply. Non-judgmental and caring. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I haven't gone through produce yet, but initial interaction was warm and procedures explained plainly.
Truly Helped Me Plan Out What Areas I Wanted To Start With First. Plus Recommended Some Areas To Not Be So Concerned About. Deal With My Biggest Areas First. Then A Few Months Later On I Can See If I Wanted To Continue Or Am I Pleased With My Results. I Was Completely Satisfied And I Got More Parts Worked On For My Leisure. Wow where do I start I came in the receptionist was really helpful. Then I was called to the back by Dr. Kiely, was great she didn’t laugh at my fat my stretch marks or my saggy skin. This is my second procedure at the Bellevue Sono Bello and I can't say enough about how awesome the staff is!!!! Everyone is always nervous when having surgery, but the staff really helps you feel relaxed thru the entire process. Jess was my nurse and she was just amazing. The first time I had liposuction done, I was scared about not going under and would it hurt? Doing the laser liposuction technology makes it really painless!!
