Everyone has been so helpful so far during this procedure! The doctor has been responsive and shows that he cares about your progress. Kelly and Jamie were super helpful before the procedure and Maggie us taking great care of me after the procedure and answering all my questions! Even the front desk associates are pleasant and the facility is beautiful!

I didn’t know what to expect but I had a great experience, the office was clean and neat and Jamie was really easy to work with and helped me understand everything. I would recommend getting a consultation.

My experience with Sono Bello in Westerville, Ohio, has been nothing short of exceptional. My husband and I met with Lauren, the patient consultant, for my consultation on December 21, 2022. Everyone at the Sono Bello Columbus office has been such a blessing! Stephanie at the front desk is always so nice and helpful. Lauren, my consultant, did a great job with giving me the information I needed to help me make my decision to get the procedure. Nurse Ashley got me prepped for surgery and was a great help in calming my nerves, along with nurses Angela, Connie, and Jamie who gave me constant care during and after surgery. I have had pleasant experiences so far. I finished my first week from my procedure. Jamie B. was my patient consultant and explained my options and what to expect. Dr. Brawnstein was very honest and explained what to expect. Every time I needed advise on the phone, Stephanie hooked me up with the right time and person.. I went in for a consultation and was met by McKenzie and Stephanie at the front desk with a nice greeting and both have been helpful along my journey. I met with Lauren who was so nice and knowledgeable and able who worked with me towards my goal. The nursing staff is amazing! All of them. Connie was great prepping me before surgery and Maggie has been so amazing answering all my questions. She's my angel! I give Lauren 5 stars. She explained the procedures and options. I'm still figuring things out, but Lauren has been very helpful. Thanks for your time and answering all my questions and for NOT being pushy!
