The staff was great, they explained everything in an understandable way. They were all friendly and answered all questions that I had.

Pleasant and professional staff and facility. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with kindness. All my concerns and hesitation about the process were left at the front door. Each person played an important role in my journey. I cannot say enough about the compassionate care I received ( even while addressing some of my concerns.) I’m more than happy with my results. Everyone in the office in Westerville is so nice and helpful. Dr.Femovic was professional and even responded to a concern text message over the weekend. The nurses I have worked with before surgery, Connie, Kelly, and Ashley were fantastic! Maggie has been my post op nurse and she’s been great at giving me guidance and addressing any questions or concerns. The entire experience leading up to the first of three surgeries were all top notch. The entire team from the front desk staff to the doctor did all that they could do to keep me informed, help me prep for the surgery and continue to be amazing post surgery.
