Everyone at the Sono Bello Columbus office has been such a blessing! Stephanie at the front desk is always so nice and helpful. Lauren, my consultant, did a great job with giving me the information I needed to help me make my decision to get the procedure. I have had pleasant experiences so far. I finished my first week from my procedure. Jamie B. was my patient consultant and explained my options and what to expect. Dr. Brawnstein was very honest and explained what to expect. Every time I needed advise on the phone, Stephanie hooked me up with the right time and person.. I went in for a consultation and was met by McKenzie and Stephanie at the front desk with a nice greeting and both have been helpful along my journey. I met with Lauren who was so nice and knowledgeable and able who worked with me towards my goal. The nursing staff is amazing! All of them. Connie was great prepping me before surgery and Maggie has been so amazing answering all my questions. She's my angel! Dr. Brownstein was awesome! He was very personable and professional, loved his bedside manner! Jamie and Ashley made sure I was comfortable, safe and warm. Maggie was very helpful, extremely supportive and knowledgeable.
I give Lauren 5 stars. She explained the procedures and options. I'm still figuring things out, but Lauren has been very helpful. Thanks for your time and answering all my questions and for NOT being pushy!

Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease about the procedure. Doctor Brownstein was great as well as Maggie, Terra, Donna, and Jamie. I am still early in the process and have lots of healing to do before I can see how happy I'm going to be but as of now, so far so good.

From the first contact with Jamie, the consultant, I felt my voice was heard and they wanted to make my wishes a reality. Dr. Rak spoke with me about true expectations. He explained why he wanted to break my procedures into 2 procedures. As a diabetic, my A1C was tested immediately before he approved my ABEX and upper and lower abs. During the procedure , Dr. Rak was kind and amusing. He made sure I never felt pain. After my procedures, Maggie was just a text away to answer my questions.
