Being greeted at the front desk by Stephanie and McKenzie was very professional. Ashley O. was my favorite!!! She was very down to earth and was always very comforting! She’s very funny too. Before Dr.Rak would say something she was already on it. It let me know they were a great team and they knew exactly what they were doing! Dr. Rak is the best!! Never a dull moment. I had a fantastic experience! From Jamie my consultant that was excellent at explaining my options, helping with financing, and answer every text I sent promptly!! Ashley and McKenzie are the bomb receptionists that are always helpful and sweet!! My nurse Ashley patiently calmed my fears, while nurse Maggie let me know healing was going well and cleaned me up- Thank You! My experience with sono bello Westerville has been nothing short of amazing, from the minute you enter the office. I met with Jamie Byron for my consultation she is the Best!!! I’m scheduled for my procedure soon and Im a little nervous, Jamie has been so very helpful with explaining things and answering all my questions and concerns. Honestly I probably would have chickened out if it wasn’t for her. She has made me feel so good about my weight loss and fitness goals. I can’t wait to see my end results.

I had three procedures completed by Dr. Femovich. His caring and follow up phone calls were deeply appreciated. From entering the facility with Mackenzie and Stephanie greeting you, Jamie your plan consultant, to your surgical care nurses -Kelly, Connie, and Angela and follow up nurses-Tara, Ashley, and Maggie , you are treated with care and respect . I had/have the most amazing team, Jamie was so supportive and helpful throughout the process and really impactful during my consultation. Also, big shout to Dr. Rak( even though I wish he was my at first post operative follow up), Maggie, RN (So amazing with people and great at getting those hard to find veins), and nurse Angie. Y’all helped with me most insecure part of my body. And have struggled with it for years. I’m excited to see the results as I continue to heal. Money well spent.
