Excellent experience overall. The sales representative was knowledgeable about the procedure and able to provide many insights such that I was able to make a decision on the spot although I was not technically through the buying process or ready to make a decision otherwise. I am excited to move forward with the suggested procedure and of course, live with the results!

Had my pre-op today and it went better than I expected. Front desk was easy, Sincere and Bri were both really helpful and made check-in a breeze. Song and Danielle handled the pre-op part and they were both super clear about everything, didn’t rush, and actually answered questions instead of just going through a checklist. Whole thing felt organized and low stress. Great experience!

I’ve really enjoyed working with Au’Ziona for Venus and Balancer Pro treatments. The treatments have helped immensely with reducing numbness and scar tissue. She has also been helpful at recommending other products to help promote healing and skin health.
