The nurse I worked with today for my one week post-op appointment did a phenomenal job answering any and all questions along with providing additional EBP info. She was friendly, knowledgeable and you could tell she deeply cares her patient and their healing progress. I give her a triple 👍👍👍 and 5 stars. Zanna and Charlotte along with the whole team at Sono Bello in Edina are exceptional.

Charlotte and Zanna, front desk staff, are very pleasant. I know they see a lot of clients, but they make me feel like know me personally. Theresa, the OR nurse, is perfect for the job. Her bedside manner makes you feel comfortable as she prepares you for surgery. Dr Kim injects humor as he thoroughly explains the procedure and makes sure all questions are answered. I went to a Consultation with Lauren. She was friendly and kind to me while explaining the diet I should on to reduce my weight! She explained the procedure of liposuction and the estimate of the costs and offered no interest financing for their customers. She showed no pressure to try to make a decision today! She thought it was important to share with her partner. She showed me before and after pictures! I enjoyed my Sono Bello consultation with her!

I was really apprehensive about my appointment because I thought it might be really high-pressure sales and I think a company shouldn’t have to do that. They specialize in it, and I was prepared to not sign up for it but Rachel, who sat with me made me feel so comfortable didn’t high-pressure me And was just a wonderful experience. So I did sign up and I’m having it done next week and I can’t wait. She was very enthusiastic and I am very excited about it

Nurses are great, its just heard to visit with the Surgeon, because hes not available when i have come in for an appointment.
