There was some confusion on which areas that I was going to have done. At the pre-op, I addressed it once it was described as what areas would be taken care of. When I was at my initial consult, I pointed out the top area of concern and when it came to the more-op, that one area of concern was not part of the plan. The staff was amazing from the receptionist all the way through-nurses were upbeat, friendly, professional and caring.! Everything went great and on time. The doctor was thorough and professional. He explained everything . Overall it was a great experience.

Sonobello staff are absolutely Amazing! Every time I went for my appointments I felt like I was seeing family. If I had to do this over I would not hesitate. Everyone knows what their roll is and are definitely there for you. This was a super experience performed by a caring doctor (Dr. Kim) and nurse (Theresa). They were very attentive during the procedure to make sure I was doing well and their instructions were very clear when a change of position was needed. I appreciated it so much that even though they see so many people and perform these procedures so many times, they talked to me so cordially and treated me like I was their only focus. They give out lots of information and follow up several times as well. Super!
