The team ( specifically Colleen and Therea) was welcoming, friendly, and very supportive. Doctor Volk did an excellent job. All staff seem very experienced and competent.

I had my 1 week Post-Op appointment yesterday and I was very discouraged by how things were healing/looking. All of those feelings went away after meeting with my nurse, Courtney! She put me at ease and answered all my questions! She was very sweet and encouraging and made me feel so much better! I really appreciate that because this is a new and scary experience for me.

From the time I walked into Sononello I felt so welcome! Profrssionalism friendliness and so much more to keep a client comfortable . And I was! Just finished my post surgery! Couldn’t be happier with my nurse! She answered all the questions I had! Everyone involved with Sononello is outstanding! Couldn’t be happier!

My 3 month checkup appointment was scheduled for 2:30 on OCT 30th. I got there about thirty minutes early. However, the system had somehow lost my information. Their schedule was full, but due to me having to travel (over 5 hours round trip) they worked to get me in that same day at 4:30. Everyone was super nice and apologetic for the system's fail. Everything went very smoothly! My nurse, Katie, was upbeat and explained everything very well! Dr. Schneider was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and confident! My procedure went well from beginning to end and I couldn’t be happier! Can’t wait to see my final results!
Dr Kim is fantastic! He clearly answered all of my questions and concerns. He was authentic and I felt safe under his care. I could tell he cared about getting the best results for me as an individual.
