So far, it's been a great experience. At the start of it all, I was riddled with questions of my own. The friendly staff has been known to put those to rest. Whenever I had a hiccup in the process or needed some extra amenities, they did not hesitate to accommodate. Granted it was a lengthy process overall, they made it tolerable and pleasant. The aftercare was also painless. They were and are quite reputable.

This was such a great experience! The Sono Bello Minneapolis staff, nurses, and surgeons are top notch. I was treated so very well through out the entire process. Everyone explained things so well and answered so many questions, that I knew what to expect and when, so there were no surprises. That eased any nervousness that I had. Dr. Volk was wonderful and every RN I was seen by at my appointments were so warm and caring. I knew and felt that I was in good hands. Wow, I got to take my garment off to shower, and Im stunned!!! I look completely different, my surgeons did above and beyond what I was expecting. I CANT WAIT TO EXPRESS MY THANKS AT MY 1 WEEK POST OPP. I will addmitt, skin removal is not an easy thing, those surgeons really had put 5 hours into me, every time I looked at a clock a whole other hour went past.
