The team at Sono Bello is fantastic. I was anxious and unsure of what to expect, but they answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the process. Eight weeks later, and so far I'm absolutely loving my results.

I got there early and they had a cancellation so I got in early. Really appreciated it. I had a 3 hr drive ahead to get home so we missed most of rush hour traffic. Great staff to deal with.

The staff was great. Everyone treated me like a guest, not a number. They listened to me and answered my questions, even if i asked the same thing more than once. Every visit I've had from consultation to surgery has been very pleasant. It seems like everyone that works there loves their job, they all smile all the time. It definitely is a welcoming setting.

I had a very positive experience. Starting with Rachel F, she got me a pre op appointment same day as my consultation due to my long drive.Natasha was my nurse she was very caring and professional. Dr. Kim is so amazing, I am 2 days out from my procedure and my results are phenomenal. I would recommend Sono Bello to anyone. I wish I would have gotten it done years ago.
