Had first of 2 appointments, Dr. Kim and nurse Jasmine were absolutely amazing. I felt so completely relaxed and comfortable. Everything was explained and any details I asked for were given. I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better experience, no pain even with numbing stuff, and I’ve had enough doctors and surgeries to know. I’m extremely excited to set up 2nd appt to finish up my tummy tuck and very much hope I can have Jasmine be my nurse!! Everyone was so friendly. They were very knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was going to be done step by step. When the procedure was done they made sure my driver and I understood what to do for the after care. Highly recommend!

All of the employees were so nice and really helped me feel at ease. I was very nervous but once I got there their attitudes and kind words helped me so much. They explained everything to where I didn’t need to really ask any questions. I would highly recommend them again and go back if I need anything else done.

Sono bello staff exceeded my expectations, the nurses were super super nice and very professional, they answered all my questions and some that I didn't even know I had. My nurses Anai excuse my spelling and Jasmine were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I spoke with Zanna a true gorgeous woman! I was talking about my results from the amazing Dr. Volk! This procedure has been incredible and my grown children are so happy for me. I saw Megan and had the Venus procedure. Megan is not only beautiful but so intelligent. She gives me so much information on my progress and plus she is fun to be with!
