Reception Staff are Very Pleasant, Attentive and Caring. The Consultation was good but a bit misleading on expected timeline recovery. I had the Tri Sculpt in chin area and current results are very disappointing. It appears to have been a rushed procedure as if short cuts were taken since I was last surgery of the day and Doc was running late on surgeries that day. My experience was warm, informative and delightful. I found the staff to be very cooperative, professional and courteous. I'd also like to place emphasis on our interaction with Miss Raquel, who we found to be genuine, down to earth and her personality is absolutely a plus. She's just a marvelous person, a credit to her profession and a great asset for this company.
