Sono Bello aims for customer happiness not just customer satisfaction. The ladies in the front, Jamie and Brittany, are just charming and wonderful. Lauren, in the back, is a sweet heart. Nurses Rachel, Giselle and Flowers are so awesome. Dr. Villoid is a magician and miracle worker. I cannot compliment her talents and bedside manner justly. Nurse Rachel is awesome. She's upbeat, caring & professional. Lauren with the front desk is definitely a plus to this organization. I have issues with management but these 2 young ladies get an A+ in my book!

I just did my pre-op appointment and nurse Kristie Flowers was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and she was very gentle and explained everything so clearly. The entire staff at Sono Bello is very professional and nice. KMK.
