Enjoy all interactions with personnel. They are very professional and caring. LaToya and Crystal are the best. However, I continue to be very disappointed with results. Though I have expressed my dissatisfaction, no corrective actions have been taken or will be offered by SonoBello until after 6 months from procedure. Had TriSculp double chin procedure and was informed after the fact that they do not offer Venus for that area in Ft Lauderdale which they could have mentioned prior to having procedure done. Enjoyed each person I encountered from Rocki on. Not impressed at all really with my results, even after 6 months. Two hernias I have now n didn't before. Wasn't given proper post garments and communicated that. Friend had same procedure and more for thousands less and you can see difference and she feels different. Staff was nice but I don't feel in any way I got my monies worth, tho I stayed with a positive attitude. Now I deal w hernias but the post surgical c section scar is gone and corrected. Nothing but great service since the first consultation with Raquel. Everyone in the office is awesome. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Nurse Rachel and Dr V are amazing. I recently had a procedure done and I’m so pleased with the results. It’s way better than I ever expected.

So for sometime now I've been unhappy with my belly after having 3 children. I finally made up my mind to do something about it. My experience with Fort Lauderdale Sonobello was amazing. My surgeon was Dr. Conde Green and my nurse Crystal were both fantastic. I love my results and i'm only 7weeks post-op. Crystal was so attentive, my procedures were done during the holidays but she was still there for me, responded to my emails quickly. I appreciate everybody there.
