I was very please with the whole process from beginning to end. The procedure for me was painless. All the staff from the surgeon to the nurses and front desk staff were wonderful and very courteous, I will highly recommend Sono Bello to anyone.
From the moment I walked into Sono Bello, I knew I was in good hands. The first thing that stood out to me was how warm and welcoming Jocelyn and Kenny were at the front desk. My experience overall was great. The surgery was great. I had minimal pain during my recovery I was up and moving good around day 4. I got the balancer pro- lymphatic massage and that felt great on my stomach. The healing process was a little scary because I had a clot that was breaking down and seeping through my sutures, it was harmless but very scary! Dr Stapenhorst is amazing and took good care of my concerns, Kenny at the front desk and Joycelynne are so nice and helpful. Russia really helped me figure it all out. I love this location and my downtime was only 1 day and not really that. I will definitely choose them again if needed.
