I want to acknowledge the staffs, professionalism and keen knowledge on the procedure, the process and working with patients. Sophia F., RN has exceptional, bedside manner on point with making sure the patient is comfortable and has form fitting garments to ease the transition after the procedure. Now let’s talk about Mr. William at the front desk who was very patient with my care credit issues I was having, but was knowledgeable enough to successfully resolve the problem and get my appointments booked as needed.

I'm writing this review because I just had my procedure done. I'm going to be very honest. I had a wonderful and humbling experience at Sono Bello. The staff there are incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional to the utmost. I had my own fears and stigmas coming in to do this procedure. One being a male and two being in the Military. Jinnette is a very good at her job. Highly recommend her to anybody. I’m very happy with my Venus sessions- I did 10 sessions. Jinnette is the best!
