Very happy with the Sonobello surgical experience at the Manhattan office and first week check-up so far. Special thanks to Doctor Di Pietro, Alysa, and Zhane for going above and beyond and for always making me feel comfortable and welcome.
Great experience at Sonobello. Did the Abex and Lipo. Zhane at the front desk is amazing. Very kind and patience. Answered all my questions and she's very professional as well. Would 100% recommend.
The receptionist was amazing very polite and helpful the check in was excellent and easy her name was zhane she knows how to make the clients comfortable. And.

Today I had an appointment didn’t get full treatment it was for 45 mins and cut down to 22. She also gave my appointment away to someone different because I didn’t reply to the confirmation text but this was my appointment that I rescheduled because I have Covid. If it wasn’t for Zhane being understanding and making sure I receive another appointment I would of left.

Customer service is very important to me especially when I’m paying for service. I always get treated like I’m VIP. Zhane and Alyssa are super sweet and helpful. I missed my 3 months post op appointment and Zhane helped me get seen right away. The nurses are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I appreciate and am very thankful to the staff with helping me on my weight loss journey.
