Customer service is very important to me especially when I’m paying for service. I always get treated like I’m VIP. Zhane and Alyssa are super sweet and helpful. I missed my 3 months post op appointment and Zhane helped me get seen right away. The nurses are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I appreciate and am very thankful to the staff with helping me on my weight loss journey.

Surgery Sono Bello was good. My massage with Jinnette was excellent- she’s the best. From 0 to 100, Jinnette is a 100. I have no lumps, my body is good.

My Venus treatment are excellent. All my lumps are gone, my therapist Jinnette gave me confident, and explained everything about it. I’ll encourage everybody to come in. Jinnette is extreme professional. The only thing I dislike, is getting someone to answer the phone- is hard to get someone to speak on the phone.

The girls in the front desk were awesome! Zhane and Alyssa were very friendly and helpful. Kayla is also great! Always there for me to answer any questions and concerns. My procedure date is coming up in 2 weeks. I just pray all goes well and my results look great. Looking so forward to my new me.

Zhane the receptionist always has a warm pleasant smile when I step off the elevator and open the double doors she’s a very sweet young lady.Ebony was also very sweet and informative about taking care of my incision and scars.
