Michelle Williams is absolutely wonderful! I went in for my consult mid July and had my procedure on August 17th, and Michelle made the decision to go through with the procedure easy. She told me what to expect and helped me work through the best dates for my procedure and answered questions leading up to and even after the procedure. Michelle was amazing and answered all my questions. She was super responsive and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Very impressed so far of the level of service so far!
Staff was friendly and courteous. Ample time was given to discuss the surgical procedure and answer my questions, so I never felt as if I was being rushed. Financing options and the breakdown of costs were explained in detail. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend their services.

I've been building my journey with Sono for about the past 8 months, due to covid and my personal schedule and hands down, EVERYONE from the time I set up my consult to finally scheduling my procedure has been amazing! Super helpful, knowledgeable, caring, understanding, flexible.. you name it! Never pressured to make any decisions, just supportive and always available. I know I'm making the right decision to make Sono apart of my dream body journey and I'm excited to see it through!
Very comfortable experience and the most knowledge and caring staff. Very upfront and no sugar coating - but very professional and compassionate manner. Although I’ve had a personal delay in getting started this is 100% where I will be receiving services and looking for forward to it.

Michelle was absolutely AMAZING!! Super helpful and friendly. Gave great information and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I went into the office with tons of questions & concerns but she answered every single one of them and more!! I left with a clear vision & more understanding and readiness!! I am super excited about my new journey!!
