Michelle was phenomenal (the receptionist too-so sweet). Seeing Michelle one may think she may not be the kindest person, due to how absolutely stunning she is, but she was so down to earth, listened to all of my concerns & was super helpful & sweet. Unfortunately the procedure was a bit out of my range, but it was a very pleasant experience. Michelle was so great and made me feel so comfortable. She was thorough and answered all my questions. I'm very nervous, but after meeting with her, I feel like I have more clear direction and set a goal for myself.
The staff is exceptional. I was so impressed. Very thorough, professional and extremely informative. The consultation was geared towards my needs and what was best for me, not an up-sell, pressured consult like many places. If you are looking for this type of procedure, this is the place.
The staff is very professional, understanding and courteous. Before you waste your money on fad diets, check them out first!

I was greeted by the receptionist who was nice. I met Brycen first at Sono Bello who greeted my friend and I. She made us feel welcome and comfortable upon arrival and answered our questions. Penny thoroughly explained the information related to the process, the procedures I inquired about and what will be best for me and services to be rendered. Great place to consult. The staff is phenomenal especially Penny. Very personal and explains the information very clearly. If I had to use a business I would use theirs.
