Beth is awesome and easy to work with, she is very compassionate and understanding. Liz also is very professional and understanding. The ladies up front were courteous and very friendly. Never have had a bad experience with anyone at Sonobello.
To be honest I was really happy with my experience during my consultation with Denisse, but when the office called to confirm my pre-op appointment they had moved it back an hour. Usually not a problem but they moved it to 5:15/5:30 pm! With traffic that drive would be ridiculous, not to mention I already arranged a sitter for the original 4:15pm appointment. The office staff told me I could cancel or reschedule my surgery if that didn't work for me. So I guess overall, you can pay $15,000 for cosmetic surgery but don't expe... read more

It has been almost a month since initial contact and the both of us having the procedure done and yet everyone we reach out to treats us with respect and dignity and continue to give us peace of mind. I can finally bend over and tie my shoes without getting winded. So happy we did it and happier knowing there are professionals out there that care about the clients more than collecting a pay check. Thanks to everyone from the initial consulting, nurses, doctor, Liz and "V."
Every time we visit the Sonobello offices we have been met with professional and courteous staff, who bend over backwards to make us feel welcome and part of the family.
My surgery was two months ago, and I waited to write this review because I brought all my concerns to the office manager and was giving them a chance to address my issues and since my surgery I have not had any type of follow up from anyone in the office. My consultation was done by someone in the office that’s not a doctor or medical professional.
