I received a warm welcome and both Samantha and Veronica seemed genuinely happy to meet me and helpe d out. I got all of the info in a simple direct way that was easy to understand and left me with no questions for now. Samantha was willing to work with my anxiety and do whatever she could to make it happen. I like that perseverance and if the rest of her team had that I may end up moving beyond my comfort zone and changing my life.
The office Environment is very friendly and inviting. Talking with the consultant felt very relaxed and informative and I feel very confident getting help from Sono Bello. I really hope Tucson expands to get it's own surgical office. I am annoyed I will have to drive to Scottsdale for the procedure.
I had a very pleasant experience at the Tucson office. Katyrna greeted me with a warm welcome. Samantha was very professional, informative and helpful with providing me options. Both ladies are remarkable. Only advice I have is highly recommend Tucson have it's very own surgical facility here.
Samantha and Katryna were really sweet and comforting during the intake process. All my questions were answered accordingly. I just think it’s crazy to have to drive all the way to Scottsdale for this type of procedure and have to drive back. Tucson needs their own location to benefit the clients, and this might help encourage more clientele for the company. I feel the drive is a big Con for me.
I just finished with my initial visit at Sonobello. Couldn't be happier. Katrina was informative, knowledgeable, friendly. It was a comfortable invironment. Would recommend this to anybody.
