Thanks for the help with Mimi's dinner selections going got the grilled salmon, spinach and green beans, added butter to each. Size of salmon too large I used half! I had the rest Tuesday w/zucchini and diced broccoli yum. Doing well thanks for the text.
Encouragement for the tough times and always a pleasant exoerience
First visit was a bit pressured, expensive ...luckily I knew I was ready. Second trip so many people taking bags and filling them...felt rushed
Great weight loss plan
I enjoy every aspect of the program except the fact that for all the money you spend there is an inconsistency in who you see week to week. Plus when I get different people they don't always tell me the same thing. Leads to frustration. I wish you could see the same comsultant or if they feel you need someone else, they could let you know that they were doing so.
Only two days in. Have started losing weight. Food is taking a little getting used to.
