It's great! It is easy to follow, I'm losing weight as expected, and feel great! It is pricey, but worth every dollar! I highly recommend it to anyone needing to lose weight. I've tried several other very well known programs, several times, and they never taught me the truth about how my food used to power my body. I use to live to eat, now I eat to live!
