The SOTA weight loss program was and continues to be a great a experience. I would have never achieved my weight loss and general health goals in as short amount time without their expertise and support. I was able to meet all of my goals within a few short months and continue to have success on the maintenance program. Ladies where VERY supportive, helping me reach my goals! I have not weighed this little since I was 15 year old! I feel FANTASTIC, with more energy, and I'm taking 1/5 of the Diabetic medications I was taking. I may be off of them all soon THANKS SOTA!!!!
The people are very nice but I feel like I am not getting much value for my money. I pay $220 per week. I get 21 products for that $220 and I get to weigh in. Nothing has changed in my routine in quite some time so there is not much else you are doing for me. I want to get to maintenance because I do not want to gain the weight back this time but even though I feel like my weight loss is sufficient, you do not. I am a little frustrated.
