It has been good. The first two weeks were a learning curve. I could not retain all that was explained in the first meeting. After a few blunders, things have been going alright. I realized my neck could not take the occilating movement, so I am only doing the shaking I’m very pleased that in 9 weeks I have lost 20 lbs and my metabolic age has gone from 79 to 67. This program really works. Of course I had to work too, follow their guidelines, exercise, go to the weekly check ins. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they wanted me to succeed. Their advice on making changes to my program to keep the progress going were most helpful. At the end of my program I left for a 2 week vacation. I stayed on the plan much of the time but enjoyed good food and drink at other times. I checked by in when I returned and my weight had remained the same. I was treated well up front and all of My questions were answered. They also explained how the program works in the body as well as what changes I can expect. The program is very easy to follow and the food tastes great.
