The staff at the Ft Worth location are the best, most caring, and supportive people I have been acquainted with. Always happy, and encouraging you to hit your goals. the staff was so friendly and helpful and the program was actually easy after the first week and seeing the pounds fall off....it was easy to keep motivated then. I have kept up the eating habits I learned and have now lost 55 lbs I would have continued to stay on the program after my initial 7 week period was over but the cost was just too much ( I had paid $ 1,800 for my first 7 weeks)
I really was pleased with the diet. It was a true lifestyle change for me. My only issue with this diet is that the counselors, although very nice and encouraging, are very young, thin and have a hard time relating to overweight individuals. I find it hard to believe that any of these girls have ever struggled with their weight or been on a diet for more than a few days. My husband felt the same way too.
You need to put prices on the Websitenso you don’t waste people’s time that don’t have over $1000 month for your service.
The team at SOTA are so helpful and supportive. I’ve lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks and I’m really happy with my results! I’m looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey with the help of SOTA.
