the staff was so friendly and helpful and the program was actually easy after the first week and seeing the pounds fall off....it was easy to keep motivated then. I have kept up the eating habits I learned and have now lost 55 lbs I would have continued to stay on the program after my initial 7 week period was over but the cost was just too much ( I had paid $ 1,800 for my first 7 weeks)
I really was pleased with the diet. It was a true lifestyle change for me. My only issue with this diet is that the counselors, although very nice and encouraging, are very young, thin and have a hard time relating to overweight individuals. I find it hard to believe that any of these girls have ever struggled with their weight or been on a diet for more than a few days. My husband felt the same way too.
You need to put prices on the Websitenso you don’t waste people’s time that don’t have over $1000 month for your service.
The team at SOTA are so helpful and supportive. I’ve lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks and I’m really happy with my results! I’m looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey with the help of SOTA.
