Karyn was very informed on sales of the "SOTA" system. All phases were a joy to listen to. Each person was very tentative. Bottom line the program was to expensive . $5,200 even it were half price I would not touch it I will go back to " Nutra-systems, $343.00 amonth and a auto pay at same price the following month. I have done well on this system. Its a much more affordable system. Thank you Donnie Carney.

It would be nice to deal with the same person on a regular basis. I think that for the entire time be have been going, we have only had the same person twice. I feel if we had the same person though out the process it would make the experience more personal.
I believe having the opportunity to taste samples if the products would be a nice touch.

Prepare future customers that it is a little costly.... at least some idea about the cost. That part was a little bit overwhelming. The staff was kind and caring.
