Everyone has been fantastic! Very supportive and caring. The food is good. Appointments are very timely. So...I have no recommendations for improvement. Maybe more locations......
Friendly staff, very helpful
Everybody is very friendly and supportive and ready to answer any questions we have. Only been three weeks and the pounds have been falling off faster than I ever imagined possible. It's just like they say: if you follow the program like it's drawn up, you'll have no problem losing unwanted weight.

I like all the varied recipes I would like more of those.
It has been a good experience so far. The products are okay for the most part. I do have a couple of faves that I look forward to each day and the program is very easy to follow. A recipe book by SOTA would be great!
