Just getting started with SOTA. Going good so far!
Feel great .. Program easily to follow.. Sota products taste v good
It’s always a good experience. Though it seems like I meet with a different person every week and I haven’t met with the person whom I started with in several weeks. Would be nice to meet with her again.
This is a return trip for me to soda. After my last association with soda I kind of fell right off the tracks and since that time have gained approximately 18 lb. The really unfortunate part of that is that all of that regain was icky nasty flabby fat. So here I am again for another round. Why did I come back because SOTA is, by far, the easiest and best diet there is on the planet as far as I'm concerned.
All the employees in the Highland Park office are encouraging, always smiling and greeting me like an old friend. I am 4# short of my goal but I will, thanks to Jacy Joplin my mentor and granddaughter.
Everyone was courteous and thoughtful.
