An excellent experience!
The whole experience was amazing. From the support provided by the consultants to the food knowledge gained during the process. I lost 60lbs and they were with me every step of the way and they were as excited as I was throughout the process.. I go back every month to get weighed and they still provide the support I need to keep the weight off. This was ABSOLUTELY the best thing I've ever done for myself. I had lost all healthy habits and gained too much. With SOTA I was educated on how to eat correctly for the REST OF MY LIFE. Great experience staff was very helpful and friendly.. The only thing it was a bit pricey I think they to come up with a better type of financing or payment plan for people who might not have the money on hand...

SOTA weight loss has done for me what I could not do for myself. I haven’t weighed this little for 30 years. No way I could do this through exercise or self-diet. Unbelievable! Also in week 5 I was able to get completely off my Metformin (500mg twice a day). My fasting Glucose readings are in normal range. A miracle.
