I was a little skeptical at first, but after losing 13 pounds my first 3 1/2 weeks, I am sold! The plan is easy to follow, and the coaches at SOTA are so encouraging and positive.
Great customer service and information without pressure
So happy with my Sota results. It was so easy with my Sota family. Would recommend to any one who wants to loose weight and feel good.
Very easy to follow the plan, haven't had the need to cheat once. I'm 65lbs down, 85lbs more to go. Very excited to see my results build
I feel lighter already—and this is just the first day!
I am so inspired and hopeful!
I have been waiting for this moment to regain my health for years! I couldn’t sign the contract quickly enough! I cant wait until my next weigh-in!
Great experience so far. Staff is really helpful and the SOTA plan definitely works.
Very knowledgeable staff, very thorough and pleasant atmosphere. Excited to lose the weight.
