I have tried numerous diets. I've tried losing weight on my own with the whole thirty diet, and I tried juicing, all without much success. The positive approach to coaching along with the precise documenting of what I eat gave me the proof that I can lose weight, and I have. This is an outstanding program for people who are serious about weight loss. As the team says "If you follow the plan you lose the weight". The team you work with are knowledgeable and supportive and help you reach your goal. I would higher recommend the program to others. Just make sure you set aside the money your are going to need to refresh your wardrobe!
