I have tried numerous diets. I've tried losing weight on my own with the whole thirty diet, and I tried juicing, all without much success. This is an outstanding program for people who are serious about weight loss. As the team says "If you follow the plan you lose the weight". The team you work with are knowledgeable and supportive and help you reach your goal. I would higher recommend the program to others. Just make sure you set aside the money your are going to need to refresh your wardrobe!
The program is amazing but too expensive for regular people. If you have a few thousand dollars to spend great! But if you are like me it is very much out of reach. Wish it were more affordable.
