Still losing while on maintenance, and the staff is still very encouraging by celebrating successes and helps understand failures while on the program. I'm going once a month and the staff still I'll greats me warmly when I go in. Its been a great experience!

I have tried numerous diets. I've tried losing weight on my own with the whole thirty diet, and I tried juicing, all without much success. The positive approach to coaching along with the precise documenting of what I eat gave me the proof that I can lose weight, and I have.
