The people in the arlington store are fantastic. They help with all the questions I have had. The program works!!! The food tastes great and I am seldom hungry. I highly recommend this.
The folks at SOTA have been great! At my weekly meeting I get great tips and recipes along with encouragement. Everyone there is so positive. Some of the meal replacements are a little blah, but not worth quitting the program over. I have lost 28 pounds in six weeks and I am feeling great.
I've lost 45 pounds in 13 weeks. The plan simply works if you are diligent.
