Simply can't wait to get started. Long overdue on my end, but this misery stops tomorrow!!! The new store and STAFF in Frisco are simply outstanding. The people in the arlington store are fantastic. They help with all the questions I have had. The program works!!! The food tastes great and I am seldom hungry. I highly recommend this.
The folks at SOTA have been great! At my weekly meeting I get great tips and recipes along with encouragement. Everyone there is so positive. Some of the meal replacements are a little blah, but not worth quitting the program over. I have lost 28 pounds in six weeks and I am feeling great.
I've lost 45 pounds in 13 weeks. The plan simply works if you are diligent.
