Loved the program I lost 48 pounds in 10 weeks. I would highly recommend SOTA and their great staff at the Arlington location.
Good so far. I cheated a little and didn't hit my goal but have been impressed with results at 5 weeks.
Still losing while on maintenance, and the staff is still very encouraging by celebrating successes and helps understand failures while on the program. I'm going once a month and the staff still I'll greats me warmly when I go in. Its been a great experience!
So far so good. Not hungry and easy to follow the diet.
